Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with Talkeo. We offer clear, fair refund terms so you can subscribe with confidence.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies once per customer and is valid for first-time subscriptions only (Plus or Pro plan).

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing founders@talkeo.ai. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Your learning data (memories, progress, session history) is preserved.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time after the 7-day guarantee window.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion in cases of:

  • Extended service outages that materially affect your ability to use the Service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent normal use

If you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at founders@talkeo.ai with your account email and a brief description of the reason. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
